Service Approval

Pricing & Payments

  • Final cost may vary if additional issues are discovered (you will be notified).
  • Full payment is required upon completion before device collection.

Turnaround Time

  • While we aim for timely delivery, AEDJAPORT COMPUTERS does not guarantee exact completion times.

Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting your device, you agree to:

We are not responsible for data loss during repair processes.

Data & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle devices with care.
  • Access to files is limited strictly to what is necessary for repair.

Warranty on Repairs

Unclaimed Devices

  • Devices not collected within 30 days after notification may attract storage fees.
