Service Approval
- No repair work will begin without your approval.

Pricing & Payments
- Service charges depend on the nature of the repair.
- Final cost may vary if additional issues are discovered (you will be notified).
- Full payment is required upon completion before device collection.
Turnaround Time

- While we aim for timely delivery, AEDJAPORT COMPUTERS does not guarantee exact completion times.
Customer Responsibilities
Before submitting your device, you agree to:

Data & Privacy

- Access to files is limited strictly to what is necessary for repair.

Warranty on Repairs

Unclaimed Devices
- Devices not collected within 30 days after notification may attract storage fees.
